Return Policy

At The Muscle Shop USA, we strive to ensure the highest quality in all our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you find your purchase unsatisfactory due to a damaged or compromised condition, here are the steps you can follow to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
  1. Damaged or Compromised Products: We accept returns exclusively for products that arrive damaged or compromised. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  2. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period cannot be accepted.
  3. Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process for Returns
  1. Contact Us: To start a return, you can contact us at sales@muscleshopusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Documentation: Please provide photos of the damaged or compromised product, along with a detailed description of the issue, to expedite the processing of your return.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
  1. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  2. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the return process outlined above.
